We are a local, woman-owned business in North Raleigh, North Carolina. Janice Cutler, our President, owned Montgomery’s Florist until 2001 and reopened North Raleigh Florist in the same location in 2007. She has a degree in Marketing and International Business, has studied Horticulture at North Carolina State University as well as obtained a degree from the South Florida School of Floral Design. We are active members of the Society of American Florists (SAF), North Carolina State Florists Association, Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Southern Retail Florists Association (SRFA) and the Wake County Florist Association (WCFA).

Janice and the Staff of North Raleigh Florist are also very involved in the community by participating in the Me Fine Christmas fundraisers, Muscular Dystrophy Association, WorldQuest for Business as well as various events including: Springmoor Retirement Community, Spare Some for Autism, Baileywick Elementary School, Lead Mine HS, Millbrook HS and the Triangle Business Alliance for the Mt. Vernon Middle School.

We are also the official florist for the Carolina Ballet.

A delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order for each Raleigh address. All downtown Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest and Morrisville deliveries will have a $12.00 delivery fee.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times, but we prefer to have a window of time of a few hours (ex: by noon; between 1 and 3, etc..) This should be noted in the special instruction section when placing your order. We can easily accomodate same-day deliveries if your order is placed by 3pm that day. Often times, we can still do same-day if after that time; however it is best to call the store directly to discuss this option.

We are on call on Sunday's for local funeral home deliveries. Please call our after hours service at our main number and they will contact the staff member on call to accomodate your funeral flower needs.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We do require at least a full 24 hours notice for these orders; however 48 hours is best to ensure a timely delivery and that you have all the options you may need.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. For arrangements including a mix of different types of flowers, we will usually try and match the color and overall feel and texture of the arrangement, rather than flower type. Should your substitution needs be different than what we have outlined above, please be sure to note this in the special instruction section on your order.
